Pride Celebration Chorus debuted last year for Pride London Festival 2018. Comprised of members of Pride Men’s Chorus London and interested singers of all genders who wanted to be a part of the celebration of Pride, PCC was a resounding success. The choir returns this year for the Pride London 2019 festivities, with around 80 participants.

The concert will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots by providing the audience with a vast array of songs of celebration. Songs which inspire the LGBTQ community and our allies, songs that define the history of the movement, songs that celebrate the world around us, and songs that we like to sing simply because they lift our spirits.

The concert will be presented twice: Thursday, July 25 and Friday, July 26. You won’t want to miss this exciting and inspirational musical experience.

Join Pride Men’s Chorus London for this exciting seasonal concert featuring traditional and contemporary music in a variety of styles. Joining PMCL, for a portion of the concert, is nationally and internationally heralded Canadian Bass-Baritone, Chad Louwerse, whose voice is turning heads everywhere. You will be treated to a wide range of music, from the beautiful Panis Angelicus by César Franck to the recent ballad, Grown-up Christmas List. Traditional pieces in beautiful arrangements include: Silent Night, Wexford Carol and Go Tell It on the Mountain. Other Christmas classics will be on the program: I’ll Be Home for Christmas, Sleigh Ride and a very fun, Barbra Streisand-inspired version of Jingle Bells. You’ll be treated to: You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch from How the Grinch Stole Christmas; the combination of the The 12 Days of Christmas with Africa by the rock group Toto; a beautiful bit of Canadiana in Diane Loomer’s arrangement of Frobisher Bay; and the inspiring Nigerian Christmas melody Betelehemu. Joining the choir and Chad on the stage will be strings, flute and an outstanding rhythm section. You will not want to miss this concert.

As part of this year's Pride London Festival, we present A PRIDE CELEBRATION, performed by the well-established Pride Men's Chorus London who will be joined by an all gender choir specifically formed for this concert, Pride Celebration Chorus. The first half of the concert will be solely performed by PMCL, singing songs from the world of pop, rock, world music, and musical theatre. The second half of the concert will be performed by the Pride Celebration Chorus singing songs that reflect the values of Pride: understanding, inclusion, community, and, well, pride. We hope to take you through a roller coaster of emotions, celebrating the victories of the LGBT2Q+ communities and its allies, and recognizing the fights we still have ahead of us. You won't want to miss this evening of fascinating entertainment!

Join Pride Men's Chorus London for a fun-filled and emotionally charged evening featuring some of the best selections in musical theatre. From traditional show tune classics right up to current Broadway productions, you will leave after this concert filled with music in your ears. This concert will also feature a guest appearance by one of London's finest musical groups: the Broadway Singers; there will be over 75 voices on stage. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity!

El Sistema Aeolian Performs a selection of orchestral and choral music, form classical mainstays to seasonal favourites.

Selections include Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 3, hits from A Charlie Brown Christmas, and a Symphonic Orchestra version of Beethoven's Ode to Joy theme from his 9th Symphony!

The Aeolian is proud to present our first El Sistema Concert of 2018.  Join us at our Education Campus @Cronyn and enjoy performances from our string orchestras and choirs.  This performance will feature the very first performance of the El Sistema Symphony Orchestra!

Our participants will be presented a wide variety of musical selections, from Pop, Folk Song, and Classical.  Both the senior choir and orchestra will be performing Jordanian-inspired works as we explore music from around the world.

Attendance is free and donations are gratefully accepted.

Our participants will be presented a wide variety of musical selections, reflecting different aspects of the season.  You won't want to miss the combined forces of over 70 El Sistema Participants as they join together for the show's finale!

The Aeolian Hall Musical Arts Association is excited to present this critically-acclaimed, one-man performance of Charles Dickens' classic A Christmas Carol with the Wassail Choir.

"It's a treat for me to perform in an authentic Victorian theatre and the 1882 built Aeolian Hall gloriously fits the bill; exactly the sort of space Dickens knew both in England and America. I was struck by the Hall's wonderful acoustics, especially when Mr. Dickens' musical guests, the London's Wassail choir, performed. This 12 voice group perform Dickensian era carols in period costume. Their harmonies are glorious - I was moved, and delighted by their performance last year. The Wassail Choir, the timeless story of Scrooge and Tiny Tim and the Aeolian Hall's intimate acoustics will make this event a magical, theatrical experience."
